_Love the AW09 Monclear campaigns by Bruce Weber - They remind me of the 'Chop Suey' coal mine scene with Peter Johnson and friends, resulting in the famous 'shower photo' scenes by BW, combined with the old Stussy campaigns when they would tie the garments to the boys faces to save on 'model budgets' - not sure BW needs that though as I imagine the boy under that hood is DAMN fine.

_As a general rule, I hate Paris.

There are but a few things that make me want to do my annual visits for the MFW twice a year. Palais De Toyko is one of those places that makes my trip much less painful, and this year, I feel 'Nomiya' will help that situation even more.

'Nomiya, a project by Laurent Grasso & Everland’s Electrolux, is a pop-up restaurant. Seating just 12 people, it provides a unique and intimate eating experience with all of Paris’ beauty within sight. The restaurant will be open until July 1, 2010.'

_I Turned 25 . . .

_And had a big old (no pun intended) movie and drinks night at the Russian Club Studios photography gallery for myself and 25 of my closest friends. Screening everything from the '95 classic 'Clueless', to Bruce Webers 'Lets get Lost' and 'Chop Suey' and back to the 90's with one of my favourite films ever 'Empire Records'.

Thank you to everyone who came down for making it such a fabulous birthday, and an even bigger thank you for all of my amazing and completely unexpected gifts xxx

_Removed from the Tate 'Pop Life' exhibit, I think its amazing that this shot of a nude, 10 year old Brook Shields made it into the exhibition, but I am not suprised in the slightest that the police demanded its removal after only 7 days on show. And whoevers idea it was to hang it, was also quite the schrewd PR ;)
